Kuna FFA Chapter Participates in Local Speaking Event

On January 19, 2011, The Farm Bureau held their local speaking contest. The contest consists of a prepared speech which is one that a participant has written prior to the contest on an agricultural topic they have researched. Subsequent to giving their speech they are also asked three questions related to their topic of choice. Those who participated represented Kuna and Meridian FFA, seven of which were members of the Kuna FFA Chapter. All members did very well with four who took top positions. 1st place was awarded to Kaisa Werner, 3rd to Michelle Ball, 5th to Maggie Reynolds, and 6th place was awarded to Anna Rodriguez. 1st place through 4th received cash prizes. All contestants did very well and represented Kuna FFA well.
