Successful State Leadership Conference for Kuna FFA

The Kuna FFA Chapter was in Twin Falls this last week to compete in a variety of contests. Floral team kicked off the competitions and did very well. The team consisting of Hayley Johnson, Chelsea Schlabach, Kelsey Moore, and Kayla Wartman placed 7th overall in the state. read more…

Here are the results from the Kuna FFA Chapter’s successful trip to the State Leadership Conference in Twin Falls:
Parliamentary Procedure – 1st place
- Chris Ball – high point chairman
- Brett Blackstock – conference parliamentarian

Farm Business Management – 1st place
- Josh Winger – 1st place individual

Over the past three weeks the Kuna FFA Chapter has been passing out milk at the state basketball and wrestling tournaments, representing the United Dairymen of Idaho. The first tournament was the Girl’s State Basketball, which was followed by State Wrestling, and finished with Boys State Basketball. 5 members of the Kuna FFA Chapter’s National Soils Team (Chris Ball, Brett Berheim, Brett Blackstock, Kevin Brown, and Anna Rodriguez) were at the Kid’s Fair and handed out milk to all of the children and parents who attended.
